A sales tax of 8.8% is added to all orders shipped to Washington addresses.Payment Options
Petal Candles accepts VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.International Orders

Petal Candles Shipping and Returns
Backordered Items
Petal Candles does not accept orders for items that are not in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.
Returns
Petal Candles is happy to exchange any items that arrived damaged, or did not match the item(s) ordered. If you are returning an item for one of these reasons, Petal Candles will provide a prepaid USPS return label. Please contact us to initiate your return.
All returns will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.Shipping Rates & Methods

If a product is out of stock, we will ship available products and email you with a follow-up information regarding shipment of delayed product. All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), 9am PST - 6pm PST, but not weekends.We currently ship all orders USPS Priority mail: We offer Standard USPS only on orders over $150. This is no charge.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us and we will send you your tracking number.If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. Petal Candles is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
